GOLD COAST PREMIER INVITATIONAL

- GCPI DAY 1 - 

Go Zamurai U14 boys started very well with solid performance. Won 3 x group games this morning (vs GCK NPL Academy, Palm Beach JBL, TSS).

We finished Day1 as top of the Group where we were put (Played 3 games/3 wins/9 points/+18).

Look forward to playing tomorrow games in the Premier group (only 1st/2nd teams from each qualifying group) battles

- GCPI DAY 2 -

Well done boys. We made another 3 x massive winning games today against GC Knights (NPL Academy), Easts (NPL Academy), Coomera (GC JPL).

Great thing today was opponents were very hungry to play against us. So each game had high intensity. Our boys did exceptional performance in all 3 games. Most of goals came from combinations also some incredible individual skills.

We are currently top of the ladder in U14 Premier group. Look forward to playing our final day tomorrow!

- GCPI DAY 3 -

We have been undefeated throughout 3 x Qualifying group games as well as 5 x Premier group games which means we completed as Top of the competition. 7 wins 1 draw out of 8 games in 3 days.

Just after securing first place in the final match of the Premier group, we also went to Grand Final, however the opponent got a penalty kick at early stage and we got behind. We lost (0-1) first time at the end of this tournament. But we as Team Go Zamurai have been shared  how much we were confident about how we play and how we work together.

Overall, we really enjoyed bonding as a team from preparation towards the end. Because we had very lovely kids and fantastic families around the squad. 

The boys will surely keep working hard next a couple of months for upcoming new season 2022.
