The Golden Age

Updated: 17 hours ago

The golden age, often seen between 10 and 14 years old, is an important stage where technical skills can grow rapidly. The skills developed during this period become a foundation for future decision-making and a wider range of choices in the game. What matters is not judging players only by their size or current level of development. Even players who already have strong technical ability need new challenges and opportunities to develop self-analysis. Recognising their current strengths while building the next phase of growth together. This is one of the key things I value in youth coaching.
