PLAYER'S
MANAGEMENT

We collaborate with active professional football players and FIFA official agents to attract ongoing improvement progressions for their career.

We also look after young athletes who want to obtain the opportunities to move on to professional environment through university/college footballers towards the highest semi-professional football (i.e. National Premier League in Australia especially, VIC, QLD, NSW). Some successful NPL players who we have taken care of have reached professional football. As an example, we are still managing a few players' ongoing development career pathway as athletes who are currently playing in J-League, A-League, other top leagues in AFC countries (Iraq, India, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam).

CONSULTING

Identify the player's current situation and and to share the point of views about short/middle/long-term goals to see if the player actually makes sense or how far the player is from where they are now.

Planning

Once player has an understanding of self-evaluation and market evaluation, the player plans the goals that can be achieved from there, and create a process and action strategy to get the goals.

Analysis

We evaluate player's performance on the pitch, reflect on it, and select and examine areas that can be improved. We will also objectively communicate and share the player's position and evaluation in the market.

Communication

We keep in mind the player's performance and career advice, and negotiations are left to interested parties. In order to help player's plan and negotiate smoothly, we help player improve his intelligence and expressiveness to communicate.

Collaborative consultation

There are number of types of consultation demanded in regards to players career pathway. It is applied for the active professional players, top standard university/college footballers, and Professional club's academy players. We collaborate players who need specific consulting support even though the players are currently active professional athletes. We have been helping number of players who have various thoughs in the professional standard but also want to attract further upper level competition opportunities or deferent career consideration, and second career planning.
