It has been a fantastic adventure with Lions FC U14 NPL Boys for last 2 seasons. Climbing up from lower mid-table to the Runner Up last year (U13 NPL/2020) and Winning Premiers in 2021 must be great outcomes. I have met and worked with many lovely people, also very lucky to coach these young footballers who really want to develop and always keen to win the games. - GCPI DAY 1 - Go Zamurai U14 boys started very well with solid performance. Won 3 x group games this morning (vs GCK NPL Academy, Palm Beach JBL, TSS). We finished Day1 as top of the Group where we were put (Played 3 games/3 wins/9 points/+18). Great time and experience to play Croatian Soccer Tournament 2017 in Canberra to complete an amazing season. Have met a lot of fantastic players and friends through continuing football since pre-season started. Actually it wasn't the best result though, we made grand final in the one of traditional sports events in Australia. Former FNQ FC HEAT player Shimon Watanabe has signed with Azul Claro Numazu in J-League div3. Shimon has been played three seasons in Australia during 2014-2016.
