Working with a 13-year-old player, focusing only on alternating inside-touch one-touch passes in the air with both feet.
Simple and classic in appearance, but much harder than it looks.
From more than 15 years of coaching, when players can do this together for 50+ consecutive passes, the quality of their touch is already at a very high junior/youth level.
Technical level has long been a challenge in Australian football.
That is exactly why players who want to improve must touch the ball more tham anyone else.
Football does not change overnight. But with routine, repetition, and enjoyment in the process, players improve step by step with certainty.
That is a core part of the Go Zamurai Method.
Build the routine, enjoy the work, and become a player who can create small but real changes over time.
That is what I will continue to develop through both coaching and consulting.
