We headed down to Gold Coast just after the season. We played Gold Coast Premier Invitational Tournament U14. It's recently well knowns as most competitive tournament. Our team is called Go Zamurai and the squad was composed of top quality NPL QLD Academy players who include Queensland State selection members (QLD Metro).

*NPL QLD Academy is the highest league in the state (equivalent as top junior tier in Australia)

Despite of we were a very away team on the Gold Coast Tournament, we made the best performance and completed with the best results.

• 3 winning games in 3 x group games (GF:18 / GA:0 / GD+18)
• 4 won, 1 drew out of 5 premier games
• Premiers in the tournament

It was an amazing time to coach very best U14 players in Queensland. And we shared very good private time when we were off the field as well. Wish all boys will keep stepping on the right process in the football development. Thanks everyone for playing and getting involved for Go Zamurai U14/2021 !!

It has been a fantastic adventure with Lions FC U14 NPL Boys for last 2 seasons. Climbing up from mid table to the Runner Up last year (U13 NPL/2020) and Winning Premiers in 2021 must be great outcomes.
I have met and worked with many lovely people, also very lucky to coach these young footballers who really want to develop and always keen to win the games.
Thank you very much Football Queensland and Lions FC for having us to celebrate our winning title (Premiers of U14 NPL QLD - Academy/Boys Cup).

Our strong outcomes through out the season are as below:

✅17 Undefeated games in a row out of 18 x NPL Academy league games.
✅11 games clean sheets out of 18 games
✅Premiers in U14 NPL QLD Academy in season 2021 (NPL Boys Cup).
✅Big positive goal deferences (GF:41 / GA:8 / GD:+33 out of 18 games).

先日から個人的な連投で恐縮ですが、活躍・協力してくれた人達の存在もあり、感謝を込めて報告したいと思います。
昨季途中から指導をしてきたチーム (Go Zamurai 代表・三上が監督として指導)が、今季のナショナルプレミアリーグ・クイーンズランドU14 NPLのアカデミーリーグで年間リーグ優勝しました。その結果に伴い、クイーンズランド州サッカー協会からチーム全体を表彰して頂く機会に預かりました。

指導したチームの土俵は、育成年代ではこの広大なクイーンズランド州(州だけで日本の面積の約6倍)のトップリーグに当たるので、子供達、保護者層からは非常に注目が高いカテゴリーだと感じています。
オーストラリアと日本の育成サッカーを比べて、技術や戦術理解、練習環境等を比較する機会をよく頂いております。オーストラリアで育成を中心に草の根から指導を始めて10年になりますが、同時にこの10年で協会、地域、クラブが結束しながら、少しずつオーストラリアのフットボールという形や方向性が育成レベルで再構築・向上されてきていると思います。

一度は諦め封印した想いが、オーストラリアのサッカーに救われ、泥臭いチャレンジが多少なり報われた立場から、これからも微力ながらオーストラリアのサッカーに学び、貢献したいと思っています。それが日本のサッカー少年・選手や指導者仲間・関係者の皆様のモチベーションに少しでも繋がれば、幸いです。
